You can cancel your appointment at any time.
“no-show” is a missed scheduled appointment.
“late-cancellation” is cancellation of an appointment without calling, emailing or texting us to cancel within 24 hours of an office appointment in advance of a procedure. A charge of 50% of the session price will be assessed for each no-show or late cancellation office visit appointment, if less than 24 hours’ notice is given.
We understand that situations such as medical emergencies occasionally arise. These situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
